1. ELIGIBILITY: You must be 18 years or older and a legal U.S. resident residing in Illinois to participate. You must also be a Twitter user to be eligible. Sweepstakes begins October 8, 2010 at noon CT, and ends on October 27, 2010 at 7:00 PM CT or whenever the entry threshold of 300 Twitter followers is met, whichever comes first (the :"Sweepstakes Period"). Void where prohibited and outside Illinois.
2. TO ENTER: During the Sweepstake Period, log into Twitter and go to http://twitter.com/CursedChicago. Click +follow to follow Chronicles of the Cursed on Twitter. You must be registered on Twitter to participate. Registration is subject to the Twitter.com registration Terms and Conditions. Registration is free of charge. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the holder of the Twitter.com registration will be deemed the person who submitted the entry. Unidentified followers will be disqualified, and Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, deleted, garbled, misdelivered, or misdirected as a result of technical, internet or other online difficulties. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
3. SELECTION OF WINNER & PRIZE:
(a) Winner. The 300th Twitter follower of Chronicles of the Cursed will be selected as the winner. Once a winner is chosen, Sponsor will post notice on the Chronicles of the Cursed website at www.cursedchicago.com. In the event there is no winner by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will randomly choose winner from among all individuals who become Chronicles of the Cursed Twitter followers during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on number of followers. Winner is subject to verification and compliance with the rules.
(b) Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner via a direct message through Twitter. A winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining entries if (1) a winner does not claim his or her prize within 48 hours of the first notification attempt; (2) a winner does not fulfill the eligibility requirements; (3) a winner does not adhere to the Official Rules; and/or (4) if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, refused, or declined.
4. PRIZE: One Grand Prize: Grand Prize is a pair of front-of-the-line tickets to Chronicles of the Cursed: The Sinkhole. Total retail value of prize: $70.
5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable. Only one winner per household. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. Returned or unclaimed prize will be forfeited. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prize will be made available to winner at ticket box office (located onsite). Sponsor will give prize to winner upon verification. Sponsor not responsible for loss, delay or damage in delivery. Properly claimed prize will be awarded, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are provided for in these Official Rules. If winner is unable to attend Chronicles of the Cursed on the designated dates for the event, prize will be forfeited.

Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, and, if so, those documents must be returned to Sponsor within one week of the date Sponsor sends them to winner. Failure to return such documents will result in that winner being disqualified, and Sponsor may randomly draw another winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Entrants agree Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that its decision is final and binding. Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree to allow use of their name and any information provided on entry form in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, by Sponsor and/or its affiliates, without additional compensation. INTERNET: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsors sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof.
